Every day before work and after work inspection and maintenance
Engine, electrical appliances, instrumentation part
1. Check the tank water level.
2. Check the amount of fuel in the fuel tank.
3. Check the engine oil pan oil.
4. Check the tubing, water pipes, trachea and the sealing of the components.
5. Check the battery wiring.
Chassis part
1. Check hydraulic oil quantity.
2. Check hydraulic system piping and accessories tightness.
3. Check the foot brake, hand brake work is reliable.
4. Check each joystick is flexible and placed in neutral position.
5. Check the tire pressure (front: 0.30 ~ 0.32MPa, rear: 0.28 ~ 0.30MPa) is normal, the tire bolts are loose, the locking force is: 830N.m. Tire pressure must be controlled within the prescribed range, otherwise it will cause serious accidents such as puncture, resulting in casualties and losses.
6. Check before and after the drive shaft connection bolts are loose, off phenomenon, the locking force is: 130 ~ 215N.m
7. Check each pin shaft bolts are loose.
8. Check the water level, transmission oil level, hydraulic oil level, brake oil (brake fluid) level [Regular Maintenance by Section 3.3], check for oil leakage, water leakage and air leakage.
9. Fill the grease nipples (once a day, at least 3 to 4 times per week).
Start the engine
1. Check the instrument instructions are normal.
2. Check the lighting, speakers, wiper, brake lights work.
3. Operate the work unit to check its movements.
4. Low-speed operation to listen to the engine is working properly.
5. Engage each file to run. |
